HYPE's Vision:
To create a group that retains and enhances the lives of the young, future leaders who live and work in the Northern Miami Valley.  Additionally the group resolves itself to growing its ranks by working with local business to help them attract young professionals to the area as well as to retain those that they already have employed with them.

HYPE's Mission:
HYPE is a group developed for and by young professionals who are dedicated to Social Opportunity, Professional Development, and Community Involvement, and have a shared interest in promoting the Northern Miami Valley as a place to live, work and play.
